The role of Cook and aspiring Chef is integral to the restaurant's success. Responsibilities extend beyond cooking to active participation in menu development in collaboration with managers, chefs, and fellow cooks. Job Duties

  • Provide top-notch customer service and member experience
  • Accurately prepare menu items per established standards
  • Maintain working knowledge of restaurant menu
  • Assist in menu development for the Grill and FUEL menus, collaborating with the managers, chefs, and other cooks
  • Make recommendations for members who have food sensitivities/allergies
  • Assist in receiving and delivering orders when necessary
  • Keep storage areas organized and clean
  • Clearly communicate with other members of the team as production is accomplished
  • Leave each shift organized and cleaned, exceeding what you would want to come into yourself
  • Assist with front counter or table service as needed
  • Accurately process member orders in the club POS system when necessary
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area per grill standards
  • Work special events as necessary throughout the year
