Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous culinary or foodservice experience preferred but not required
  • ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks

Job Duties

  • Prep while managing orders coming in throughout the day
  • interact with guests showcasing passion for foodservice and hospitality
  • adjust food items to accommodate allergies or dietary concerns
  • act as liaison to front-of-house employees ensuring proper food service temperature
  • operate kitchen appliances such as blender, oven, flat top grill, and stand mixer
  • prepare necessary sauces or accompaniments before meal service begins
  • maintain a clean and organized station even under busy conditions
  • estimate expected food consumption and organize preparation
  • fill out prep lists daily
  • add responsibilities as needed
