While prior experience with fresh seasonal ingredients and butchery is appreciated, it is not required. The role demands an uncompromising work ethic, attention to detail, and a dedication to cleanliness. Working daily alongside the Chef and Sous Chef, the successful candidate will utilize state-of-the-art equipment and thoroughly tested recipes in a dynamic kitchen environment. Responsibilities include preparing sauces and accompaniments, managing orders, ensuring food quality and safety, and adjusting meals for dietary needs or allergies. Interaction with guests is also key, showcasing the team’s passion for hospitality and foodservice. This position emphasizes teamwork and strong coordination with front-of-house employees.
The pay range for this role is between $15.34 and $19.57 per hour, with the final salary depending on experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and performance. - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Available to work flexible hours including busy periods
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods

- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience with fresh seasonal ingredients preferred but not necessary
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen staff
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Passion for cooking and hospitality
- Willingness to learn and grow within the culinary field
Job Duties
- Ability to prep while managing orders coming in throughout the day
- Interact with guests showcasing passion for foodservice and dedication to hospitality
- Make adjustments to food items for guests with allergies or dietary concerns
- Act as liaison to front-of-house employees ensuring proper food service temperature
- Operate kitchen appliances such as blender, oven, flat top grill, or stand mixer
- Prepare necessary sauces or accompaniments before meal service
- Keep a clean and organized station even during busy conditions
- Estimate expected food consumption and organize preparation
- Fill out prep list daily
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed
