Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-3+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
  • San Diego County Food Handler Card or ability to obtain one
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team-first mindset

  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high volume settings

  • Ability to collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other menu items using grills, broilers, ovens, fryers, and other equipment
  • Follow recipes and plating standards to ensure consistency and quality
  • Expedite orders and communicate clearly with the kitchen and FOH teams
  • Assist with events and special menus as needed
  • Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations
  • Rotate inventory and ensure proper food storage and freshness
  • Support training and teamwork on the line
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
