- 1+ years’ experience in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant as a line cook
- Follow proper procedures for food safety
- Knowledge of food storage and food safety requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare all menu items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes, controls, portion, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant
- Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of the products served
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the restaurant manager
- Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes
- Tasked with tracking and reporting any food waste
- Handle, store, and rotate all products and ingredients properly
- Be ready to prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerance
