The role of Line Cook is a vital part of this dynamic team, located at Raymond James Stadium, which is home to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Legends serves as the official hospitality partner of this stadium and is responsible for the development and management of the food and beverage program across concessions, suites, premium areas, and special activations including the iconic Pirate Ship. This position is pivotal in elevating the fan experience through high-quality food service and operational excellence. The Line Cook is charged with producing all assigned menu items efficiently while adhering strictly to Legends’ recipes, specifications, and sanitation standards. The role demands a strong commitment to quality, safety, and exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, event-driven environment. Candidates must be prepared to work varied hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the stadium's event schedule. Job Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Elevated time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills
- Previous culinary experience required
- Basic knife skills and kitchen equipment knowledge
- Must be able to obtain food safety certification
- Able to be self-motivated and work independently or as a team player
- Ability to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and transport food and other items weighing up to 30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- Must be available for all stadium events
- Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays
- Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and additional job specific safety training
Job Qualifications
- Previous culinary experience
- Basic knife skills and kitchen equipment knowledge
- Ability to work independently or as a team player
- Must be able to obtain food safety certification

Job Duties
- Follow executive chef, sous chefs and/or culinary supervisors/leads assignments for opening and closing procedures and food preparation
- Prepare food items by complying with portion size, quality standards, departmental rules, policies and procedures
- Maintain HACCP standards ensuring a high-quality level of food, food temperatures, rotation of product, cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen including walk-in coolers, dry storage, shelves, walls, floors and drains
- Ensure all food preparation equipment is clean and sanitized and that it is kept in a safe and operable condition
- Identify and store meats, poultry, seafood, pasta, starches, dairy products, and all other food items according to established standards
- Participate as a team player with specific responsibilities as related to preparation, excellent service and delivery of product
- Maintain a pleasant attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management
- Adhere to the Legends uniform and grooming guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
