Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least two years of line cook experience in a full service restaurant
- availability to work 3pm to 10pm shifts
- ability to work full time or part time hours
- capable of standing for extended periods
- strong attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- minimum of two years experience as a line cook in a full service restaurant
- proven ability to work in a fast paced, high volume kitchen
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to maintain composure under pressure
Job Duties

- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
