Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years experience as a line cook in a full-service restaurant
Ability to work 3pm-10pm shifts
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Good physical stamina and endurance
Willingness to comply with health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience as a line cook in a full-service restaurant
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume kitchen
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

Job Duties

Prepare ingredients and dishes according to chef instructions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation
Monitor food quality and presentation
Assist with inventory and stock management
Support team members during peak hours
