We are currently seeking a professional Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. This role is essential in ensuring that the food served meets the chef's exact specifications. The Line Cook will be responsible for setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies to prepare food efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have proven culinary experience, excellent knowledge of cooking methods, and a quick ability to execute tasks with precision. The responsibilities include preparing food components, cooking menu items in collaboration with other kitchen staff, maintaining cleanliness, managing inventory, and ensuring food is delivered timely and at the highest quality. Adherence to nutrition, sanitation, and safety standards is critical in this role. Moreover, the Line Cook must maintain a professional and positive approach with coworkers and customers alike. Job Duties

  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • Prepare food for service such as chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Clean up station and take care of leftover food
  • Stock inventory appropriately
  • Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
