Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Assist with meal preparation by following recipes and portioning ingredients accurately to ensure consistent quality
- Support the culinary team with food assembly, plating, and presentation to enhance guest satisfaction
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, mixers, ovens, and dishwashing machines
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including counters, utensils, cookware, and appliances, adhering strictly to food safety standards
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware promptly to keep the workspace organized and ready for service
- Handle food items properly during storage, transfer, and disposal to prevent contamination or spoilage
- Assist with menu planning by preparing ingredients in advance and ensuring availability of necessary supplies
- Support catering events or special meal services as needed, ensuring timely delivery of quality food
- Serve meals or assist with food service operations when required, providing friendly and efficient customer interactions
- Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations
