- prepare menu items following recipes and quality standards
- assist in ingredient preparation and kitchen organization
- maintain cleanliness and sanitization of work areas and equipment
- safely operate kitchen tools and machinery
- support the team to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- manage dishwashing and upkeep of kitchen hygiene
- adhere to health and safety regulations
