Job Requirements

  • Be physically able to stand and be on feet for entire shift
  • Ability to frequently lift/carry up to 25 lb and occasionally up to 50 lb
  • Ability to reach, kneel, and stoop repeatedly
  • Must have good vision and hearing
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • No formal culinary degree required
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Must comply with food safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • Previous kitchen or cooking experience is a plus but not mandatory
  • Understanding of basic food preparation and kitchen safety
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety standards
  • Good physical stamina and ability to lift moderate weights
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Flexible availability to pick shifts as needed

Job Duties

  • Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
  • Preparing food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces
  • Cooking food items by grilling, frying, sauteing, and other cooking methods
  • Maintaining cleanliness and complying with food sanitation requirements
  • Cleaning and sanitizing cooking surfaces at the end of the shift
  • Being on feet for entire shift
  • Frequently lifting/carrying up to 25 lb
