As a Heart of House Team Member, you will be responsible for mastering and executing recipe procedures reliably and maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the kitchen environment. You will work closely with your team to keep food orders flowing continuously and communicate effectively about ticket times to ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience preferred in food service
  • ability to work flexible part-time or full-time schedule
  • capability to operate kitchen equipment such as slicers and mixers
  • adherence to safety and sanitation policies
  • strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with team members
  • ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors
  • prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position preferred

Job Duties

  • Properly learn and execute all recipe procedures
  • maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen
  • follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • communicate ticket times to team members
  • keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
