Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year line cook experience in a high volume full-service restaurant
  • Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 5 hours
  • Ability to reach bend stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong work ethic and punctuality
  • Reliable and honest with a team-oriented mindset

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year line cook experience in a high volume full-service restaurant

Job Duties

  • Follow all company safety guidelines including personal hygiene, Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the shift, Prepare and cook food items timely and to proper temperatures, Maintain organized and efficient workstation, Set up and break down station daily, Assist in food prep during off-peak periods, Participate in team meetings and read all BOH notices
