Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous banquet cook or culinary experience
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a banquet cook or in a similar culinary role
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow recipes and portion controls
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Possess technical skills needed to fulfill job duties
  • Show active interest in self-improvement
  • Exhibit professional attitude towards superiors, colleagues, and work
  • Produce correct amount of mise en place for daily use minimizing waste
  • Prepare all foods to proper doneness and seasoning
  • Assist with preparation of other food products on serving line
  • Maintain sanitation and hygiene practices consistently
