Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous banquet cook or culinary experience
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a banquet cook or in a similar culinary role
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow recipes and portion controls
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Effective communication skills

Job Duties
- Possess technical skills needed to fulfill job duties
- Show active interest in self-improvement
- Exhibit professional attitude towards superiors, colleagues, and work
- Produce correct amount of mise en place for daily use minimizing waste
- Prepare all foods to proper doneness and seasoning
- Assist with preparation of other food products on serving line
- Maintain sanitation and hygiene practices consistently
