Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least two years of experience as a line cook or in a related culinary position
- familiarity with kitchen equipment and food safety regulations
- ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- strong attention to detail
- commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality

Job Duties
- prepare and cook menu items according to recipe and quality standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
- ensure proper food handling and safety practices
- assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- collaborate with kitchen staff to meet service demands and maintain kitchen efficiency
- monitor cooking times and food presentation to ensure customer satisfaction
- participate in ongoing culinary training and development
