Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least two years of experience as a line cook or in a related culinary position
  • familiarity with kitchen equipment and food safety regulations
  • ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • strong attention to detail
  • commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of two years of experience in a similar culinary role
  • strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent multitasking and time management skills
  • ability to follow recipes and presentation guidelines
  • good communication and teamwork abilities
  • passion for cooking and creativity in food preparation

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook menu items according to recipe and quality standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
  • ensure proper food handling and safety practices
  • assist in inventory management and stock rotation
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to meet service demands and maintain kitchen efficiency
  • monitor cooking times and food presentation to ensure customer satisfaction
  • participate in ongoing culinary training and development
