We are currently looking to hire a highly skilled and motivated Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is critical in ensuring the successful preparation and presentation of brunch, lunch, and dinner dishes in compliance with the highest standards of quality and sanitation. The Cook will work closely with the Executive Chef to understand and execute a la minute cooking techniques, ensuring dishes are prepared fresh to order and maintaining consistency across all menu items. The ideal candidate will be adept at reviewing menus prior to food preparation, coordinating food service with other departments, and strictly adhering to established food safety and sanitation guidelines. This position requires a proactive approach to quickly learning new menu items and recipes, demonstrating excellent cooking skills and an ability to follow the culinary direction provided. The Cook will also be responsible for maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization, as well as supporting the overall efficiency of the food preparation process to deliver timely and delicious meals that satisfy our guests' expectations.

This is a full-time position ideally suited for someone with a minimum of three years of food preparation experience, possessing a passion for scratch cooking and a keen desire to develop their culinary expertise within a professional kitchen setting. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of food preparation experience
  • Ability to work in fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Graduate of a culinary institute, military school or formal on-the-job training preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of food preparation experience required
  • Experience with scratch cooking food preparation preferred
  • Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes

Job Duties

  • Prepare brunch, lunch and/or dinners
  • Understand a la minute cooking
  • Able to work in conjunction with an Executive Chef

  • Assure that all food procedures are followed
