Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of food preparation experience
- Ability to work in fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of a culinary institute, military school or formal on-the-job training preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of food preparation experience required
- Experience with scratch cooking food preparation preferred
- Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes
Job Duties
- Prepare brunch, lunch and/or dinners
- Understand a la minute cooking
- Able to work in conjunction with an Executive Chef
- Review menus prior to preparation of food
- Assure that all food procedures are followed
- Coordinate food service with other departments as necessary
- Follow all sanitation guidelines
- Ability to quickly become familiar with new menu items/dishes
