The role of Line Cook at Tiny Boxwoods is integral to the kitchen team's success and the restaurant's reputation for high-quality food preparation. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail are paramount. Line Cooks are responsible for preparing food items according to standardized recipes and the Executive Chef's specifications, ensuring each dish meets the restaurant’s quality standards. The role demands not only culinary skills but also the ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain composure under pressure. Employees in this role will engage in setting up stations, organizing food preparation timings, and assisting with quality control to ensure guest satisfaction.

Tiny Boxwoods offers a competitive wage structure along with valuable benefits that promote work-life balance and employee well-being. Health, dental, and vision insurance are provided after 60 days of full-time employment, with a minimum of 30 working hours per week. After one year of continuous full-time service, employees are also entitled to two weeks of paid vacation at their regular rate of pay. Job Duties
