Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1 to 3 years of cooking experience in a professional kitchen environment
- ability to perform basic and intermediate cooking techniques with consistency
- ability to manage multiple tasks and stations in a fast paced environment
- strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen best practices
- ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- strong time management and organizational skills
- professional, team oriented mindset with clear communication skills
- open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and management specifications
- execute dishes in alignment with cooking temperatures, plating standards, and ticket time expectations
- work multiple stations within the kitchen as assigned
- maintain clean and organized food preparation areas throughout each shift
- ensure proper food storage, labeling, and rotation procedures are followed
- operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, grills, mixers, blenders, and other appliances
- assist other cooks and kitchen team members during service as needed
