Currently, Shawarma Guys is seeking dependable and motivated Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to join their team. These roles are fundamental to maintaining the high culinary standards that have positioned the brand as a leader in Middle Eastern fast-casual dining. As a Line Cook or Prep Cook, incumbents will be responsible for preparing and executing menu items with precision according to standardized recipes. The role demands accountability in managing daily preparation tasks for proteins, marinades, sides, and ingredients, all while adhering to strict portion control and quality presentation standards. Additionally, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workstation, upholding food safety and sanitation protocols, and working collaboratively within the kitchen team are essential components of the position.
The position offers an attractive starting wage of $19.00 per hour post-introductory period, augmented by shared tips potentially ranging from $3.00 to $6.00 per hour depending on location. In addition to competitive compensation, Shawarma Guys provides a structured growth plan that offers wage increases based on performance, reliability, punctuality, and teamwork. Employees can anticipate reviews at 60 days, 8 months, and 14 months, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour in total during the 14-month growth pathway. Advancement to assistant-level roles with hourly rates up to $24.00 is also available as part of the company’s career development framework.

Job Duties
