Job Requirements

  • must be 16 years of age or older (18 years of age to operate certain equipment)
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to work in various temperature conditions (hot and cold)
  • strong attention to detail
  • valid state-issued food safety and handling certification
  • high-volume kitchen experience preferred

  • maintains kitchen cleanliness and safety by adhering to strict sanitation and safety standards
  • supports team by collaborating with kitchen staff and assisting with dishwashing as needed
  • complies with food safety, handling, and hygiene guidelines
  • reports equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and incidents promptly
