- manages station efficiently ensuring timely order fulfillment
- maintains kitchen cleanliness and safety by adhering to strict sanitation and safety standards
- supports team by collaborating with kitchen staff and assisting with dishwashing as needed
- complies with food safety, handling, and hygiene guidelines
- reports equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and incidents promptly
