We are currently seeking passionate and skilled individuals to join our Piper Culinary team in a part-time capacity. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a premiere culinary operation that strives to provide authentic and memorable dining experiences to our guests and colleagues. The position pays between $20.50 and $25.00 per hour, with the specific rate determined by your experience and education. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in a banquet kitchen or related culinary setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and team collaboration skills
- Availability to work AM, PM shifts and weekends
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Must comply with health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
- In-depth skills and knowledge of kitchen operations
- Knowledge of temperature and sanitation guidelines
- Minimum 2 years line experience in banquet capacity
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to follow direction from supervisor or manager
- Availability for shifts including weekends
Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality food items according to Piper Culinary standards
- Ensure compliance with kitchen sanitation and safety guidelines
- Collaborate effectively with team members and management
- Maintain consistent product quality and presentation
- Assist in inventory management and kitchen organization
- Follow supervisor or manager directions promptly
- Adapt to shift schedules including AM, PM, and weekends as needed
