The Patina Group at Delaware North is currently hiring for a full-time or part-time Line Cook to join their team at Paseo in Anaheim, California. Paseo is a vibrant restaurant located in the Downtown Disney District, offering a modern interpretation of coastal cuisine crafted under the guidance of Michelin-starred Chef Carlos Gaytán. Inspired by Mediterranean and Latin American flavors, Paseo’s menu emphasizes fresh, seasonal ingredients presented with elegant simplicity, while its contemporary design and open kitchen create a welcoming and energetic dining experience.

As a Line Cook at Paseo, you will play a vital role in ensuring that each dish meets the chef’s specifications and high standards. This position requires culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Team members are responsible for preparing food items accurately according to recipes, maintaining proper food temperatures and safety protocols, performing opening and closing duties, and ensuring that workstations are clean and stocked. The pay range is $22.00 to $23.00 per hour, with the flexibility of working either part-time or full-time hours.
