Job Description

Legends Global - Cowboys Club operates as the dynamic hub located at The Star in Frisco, Texas, serving as the world headquarters for the Dallas Cowboys, one of the NFL's most iconic franchises. The Star is known as the most comprehensive NFL training facility in the United States, housing the full football operations and practice fields for the Cowboys. In addition to these resources, the site features the Ford Center at The Star, a multipurpose indoor stadium with a seating capacity of 12,000, designed to host Cowboys games as well as football and soccer events for the City of Frisco and Frisco Independent School District. Within this facility lies the Cowboys Club, a unique workspace and membership club that blends work, leisure, and culture. It is tailored for a select community of influencers, entrepreneurs, and business leaders who share a passion for the Dallas Cowboys and seek an exclusive environment to network and collaborate.

The role of the Line Cook at Legends Global - Cowboys Club is a vital position focused on delivering a fine dining culinary experience to patrons. This role requires providing quick and efficient service while upholding strict sanitation standards in a fast-paced environment. As a Line Cook, you will be expected to follow directives from the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Supervisors to assist in the opening and closing kitchen procedures and prepare food items adhering to portion sizes, quality standards, and departmental policies. Ensuring proper food temperatures, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards of work areas, and careful handling of kitchen equipment are key responsibilities that contribute to an excellent guest experience.

In this position, teamwork and communication are critical. The Line Cook will collaborate closely with other kitchen staff members to ensure a smooth operation, timely delivery of dishes, and uphold the high standards expected at this premier sports and entertainment venue. Working in an environment dedicated to providing not only exceptional food but also an exclusive atmosphere for business and cultural engagement makes this role both challenging and rewarding. The position demands physical stamina and the ability to meet the rigors of constant reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling, often lifting items weighing up to 30 pounds or more.

Legends Global offers a competitive hourly pay for this role, emphasizing the value placed on culinary professionals capable of thriving in a high-volume, fine dining setting. Employment is onsite at The Star, Frisco, Texas, where employees contribute directly to a landmark experience shared by fans and distinguished members of the Cowboys Club community. This opportunity is ideal for cooks who bring professional culinary training or substantial experience in fast-paced, high-end dining or catering environments and wish to advance their careers in a globally recognized entertainment venue known for excellence, innovation, and community impact.
