We are currently seeking an ambitious and energetic individual to join our hardworking culinary team at Le Meridien Indianapolis. This role is pivotal in enhancing the customer experience by ensuring that all event guests receive attentive and enthusiastic service. As a member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for managing duties such as operating open and close kitchen functions, adhering strictly to prepared written recipes for all menu items, and maintaining communication with the Executive Chef, especially concerning inventory like out of stock items. The position involves preparing sauces, soups, and a variety of dishes primarily for breakfast and lunch menus, and assisting with setting up the restaurant and employee cafeteria buffet. Supervision and cooperation with dishwashers and pantry personnel are also required to maintain smooth kitchen operations.

The role demands a commitment to upholding health and sanitation standards, carefully following dinner setup duties according to a prep list schedule, and ensuring that all dining room associates follow proper ordering and pick-up procedures.
