This role is vital as it supports the entire restaurant operation by ensuring food orders are prepared accurately, efficiently, and with care. Team Members in this position are responsible for delivering fast and dependable service every shift, setting the tone for teamwork and productivity in the kitchen.

As a Kitchen Team Member at Chili's, you will be entrusted with learning and executing all recipe procedures meticulously to ensure each dish meets our quality standards. You will maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen to uphold health and safety regulations, as well as follow company safety and sanitation policies rigorously. Strong communication skills are essential as you will need to coordinate with other Team Members, communicate ticket times effectively, and keep the flow of food orders steady and timely. We also seek individuals who contribute positively to a safe and welcoming environment, embodying the friendly and supportive culture Chili's is known for.

This position offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules to accommodate a variety of lifestyles and commitments. The hiring process is designed to be fast and efficient to quickly integrate new Team Members into our dynamic team. Compensation ranges from $11 to $20.25 per hour, depending on experience and availability.
