Job Requirements

passion for learning and culinary arts
minimum two years experience as entry-level cook or higher
minimum three years experience in free-standing or hotel restaurant kitchen
knowledge of food safety guidelines, SafeStaff standards
adaptable interpersonal communication skills
conversational proficiency in English reading, writing, verbal communication
ability to calculate basic math
ability to work in fast-paced environment for extended periods
ability to lift, balance, and carry up to 25 lbs
ability to lift, balance, and carry with assistance up to 100 lbs
ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods
ability to withstand warm to hot environments for prolonged periods

Job Qualifications

foster open lines of communication within the department by actively participating in daily lineups and Culinary all staff meetings, maintaining transparent dialogue among the team to voice ideas and concerns
actively participate in feedback sessions with Culinary leadership to further develop your skillset
observe conditions of all physical facilities and equipment in the Culinary operation, reporting substandard items to Chef, Sous Chef, or engineering for correction
maintain regular communication with Culinary leadership to ensure alignment on priorities and support a successful operation
