The role we are hiring for is a Kitchen Team Member, also known as part of the Heart of House at Chili's. This position is central to maintaining the kitchen's efficiency and delivering consistent, top-quality food service. Team Members in the kitchen are responsible for setting the pace of every shift, ensuring reliable and fast service while upholding the standards that define Chili’s brand. This role requires pride in teamwork and readiness to contribute positively to the team culture. The position offers flexibility with part-time or full-time scheduling options and features a competitive hourly wage ranging from $11.25 to $21.25 depending on experience and role requirements.
