Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ years culinary experience preferred
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
  • Maintain a high level of responsibility and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt under pressure
  • Requires moderate supervision and training
  • Must have physical stamina to lift, push, and pull moderate amounts of weight
  • Must be able to stand for entire shift
  • Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
  • Primary shift is PM (3:30pm-11:30pm)

  • Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays with primary PM shift (3:30pm-11:30pm)

Job Duties

  • Set up and breakdown of restaurant line
  • Stock and maintain designated food stations
  • Maintaining proper storage procedures as specified by Health Department and hotel requirements
  • Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards
  • Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
  • Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards in a timely and efficient manner
