Job Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years culinary experience preferred
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
- Good communication skills
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Maintain a high level of responsibility and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt under pressure
- Requires moderate supervision and training
- Must have physical stamina to lift, push, and pull moderate amounts of weight
- Must be able to stand for entire shift
- Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
- Primary shift is PM (3:30pm-11:30pm)

- Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays with primary PM shift (3:30pm-11:30pm)
Job Duties
- Set up and breakdown of restaurant line
- Stock and maintain designated food stations
- Maintaining proper storage procedures as specified by Health Department and hotel requirements
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
- Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards in a timely and efficient manner
