Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience as a line cook, cook, or prep cook
  • strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • capacity to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to repetitively bend, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
  • ability to pass a drug screen and background check
  • willingness to abide by company policies

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a line cook, cook, or prep cook in upscale dining or restaurant settings preferred
  • strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume kitchen
  • excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • culinary degree or formal training is a plus

Job Duties

  • Prepare and execute upscale menu items with consistency and precision
  • collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff in a fast-paced upscale dining environment
  • maintain high standards of plating, presentation, and timing
  • ensure food safety, cleanliness, and organization at your station
  • work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • assist with inventory and kitchen setup as needed
  • take on additional duties as required or assigned by management
