As a Heart of House Team Member at Chili's, you will be entrusted with learning and executing all recipe procedures accurately, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation. You will also be expected to communicate ticket times effectively with other Team Members, ensuring smooth operation and timely delivery of food orders. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation role is preferred but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
