The Heart of House Team plays a crucial role in setting the pace for each shift, ensuring a seamless and efficient operation behind the scenes. As a Heart of House Team Member, your responsibilities will include mastering and executing all recipe procedures accurately to uphold food quality and consistency. You will maintain kitchen cleanliness, adhere strictly to company safety and sanitation protocols, and communicate ticket times effectively with front and back-of-house Team Members to keep orders flowing smoothly. This role requires quick thinking and adaptability to maintain a high volume of orders while fostering a positive team atmosphere.

This role pays between $16 and $19.50 per hour plus tips, reflecting Chili's commitment to rewarding hard work and dedication.
