Surrounded by breathtaking Ponderosa Pines and offering exclusive access to the expansive 780-acre Lake Arrowhead reservoir, the resort is an ideal destination for outdoor enthusiasts. Guests at the resort enjoy a variety of seasonal activities including hiking, mountain biking, fishing, kayaking, water skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and ziplining. The property boasts amenities such as a Bar & Restaurant, Spa & Wellness Center, an outdoor pool, lake beach, and over 23,000 square feet of meeting and event space.

Pyramid Global Hospitality is currently seeking a passionate culinary professional to join its team for a seasonal position running from May 2026 through mid-January 2027. This role is ideal for individuals motivated to grow their culinary skills and gain hands-on experience with a world-class kitchen team. Candidates for this position should have previous experience working in a professional kitchen and demonstrate a strong desire to develop their culinary talents, learning various cooking techniques and contributing to menu development based on seasonal availability and restaurant concepts.

In this role, the Cook will assist the Chef in preparing and fabricating food products utilized across kitchen preparation, cafeteria, banquets, dining room service, and fine dining events. The incumbent will play a passive leadership role in ensuring the kitchen maintains an adequate production level and that food quality and sanitation standards are upheld. This opportunity provides invaluable experience working with diverse cooking procedures such as grilling, sautéing, and frying, as well as mastering the use of knives and kitchen equipment. The successful candidate will also learn to minimize food waste through cross-utilization and participate in creating organized workstations with all necessary ingredients and tools.

This position offers competitive compensation at $20.00 per hour and requires individuals to be at least 21 years of age, capable of standing for long periods, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and willing to work various shifts including days, nights, and weekends. Job Duties
