Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior professional cooking experience
- ability to work on holidays and some weekends
- able to pass fingerprinted criminal background check
- able to pass health screening, tb test, and drug test
- able to lift at least 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- able to bend, stretch, pull, and push as required
- punctual and reliable attendance

Job Duties
- prepare and cook meals according to dietary guidelines and resident needs
- ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and food preparation areas
- monitor food inventory and report shortages
- coordinate with dietary staff to accommodate special diet requests
- assist in food service between two kitchens as needed
- adhere to safety and health regulations
- maintain professional and friendly interaction with residents and team members
