Panorama on Seven, the restaurant located on the seventh floor of the Buffalo Marriott at LECOM HARBORCENTER, boasts a unique atmosphere with breathtaking views of Buffalo, Lake Erie, and Canalside. The Line Cook position is a full-time role designed for individuals passionate about culinary arts and dedicated to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. This role involves planning, prepping, setting up, and delivering quality food service for menu items and specials. Line cooks are responsible for ensuring organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of their work areas and equipment according to established food safety standards. While prior culinary or hospitality experience is preferred, it is not a strict requirement, making this an excellent opportunity for those who are motivated to enter the culinary field and develop their skills.

- proven experience as a line cook or relevant role
- high school diploma or equivalent
- culinary certification and food safety certification preferred
- ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- physical strength and stamina to spend long hours standing and performing repetitive motions
