Job Requirements

  • proven experience as a line cook or relevant role
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • culinary certification and food safety certification preferred
  • ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • physical strength and stamina to spend long hours standing and performing repetitive motions
  • food safety certification preferred
  • flexible schedule

Job Duties

  • plan and prepare menu items and specials according to established recipes and standards
  • set up workstations with required ingredients and equipment
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and kitchen equipment
  • follow food safety regulations and guidelines
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food service
  • assist in inventory management and stock rotation
  • comply with all health and safety policies
