We are currently seeking enthusiastic and skilled Line Cooks to join our culinary team for the upcoming season from May 14th, 2026, through September 2nd, 2026. This seasonal role offers an attractive hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, supplemented by tip eligibility, providing an excellent earning potential for the duration of the season. As a Line Cook, you will play a pivotal role in preparing a variety of hot and cold foods following established recipes and portioning standards to ensure a consistent and high-quality dining experience for all guests. Your responsibilities will extend to working collaboratively with the Executive Chef and Kitchen Supervisor to plan menus and estimate food consumption, ensuring kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Line Cooks must adhere to the highest sanitation, health, and safety standards within the kitchen, maintaining clean and organized work areas at all times. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a cook or prep cook preferred
- Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment including broiler steamer convection oven mixer meat slicer and chef knife
- Valid food handling certificate if required by state and federal regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including events and weekends
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to maintaining sanitation health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous cook or prep cook experience highly preferred
- Able to operate standard kitchen equipment including the broiler steamer convection oven mixer meat slicer and chef knife
- Ability to communicate with employees coworkers volunteers management staff and guests in a clear business-like and respectful manner that focuses on generating a positive enthusiastic and cooperative work environment
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented fast-paced event-driven environment
- Possess a valid food handling certificate if required by state and federal regulations
- ServSafe preferred
Job Duties
- Responsible for providing high-quality fresh food products in a timely manner for delivery to guests
- Prepares hot and cold foods following company recipes and portioning requirements
- Participates as a team player with specific responsibilities as related to preparation excellent service and delivery of product
- Responsible for reporting any maintenance required for kitchen equipment
- Maintains sanitation health and safety standards in work areas
- Responsible for observing and testing foods to ensure proper cooking
- Responsible for portioning arranging and garnishing food plates for delivery to guests
- Responsible for consulting with Executive Chef or Kitchen Supervisor to plan menus and estimate expected food consumption
- Show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance
