Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of cooking experience in a commercial kitchen
- Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods
- Capacity to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Good physical stamina
- Basic understanding of food safety principles
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role

Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal production
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station
- Assist in inventory management and stock control
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Adapt to changing menu items and kitchen needs
- Support the Executive Chef and other team members in daily kitchen operations
