The job opening is for a line cook position at this vibrant location, with a pay range between $18 to $21 per hour based on experience. Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
  • Create and design new and unique menu items
  • Assist the Executive Chef in establishing department budgets and adhering to budget guidelines
  • Ensure that all food and beverage products are consistently prepared and served according to hotel standards
  • Keep all equipment clean and in excellent working condition by following culinary preventative maintenance programs and personal inspections
  • Fully understand and comply with all applicable federal, state, county, and municipal regulations related to health, safety, and labor requirements for kitchen areas, associates, and guests
  • Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials according to standards and plating guide specifications
  • Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment
