This role offers an exciting opportunity to join Flagship Restaurant Group’s talented culinary team, starting at $18 per hour. The position is designed for individuals who possess flexible, open availability including mornings, evenings, weekdays, and weekends. While previous professional kitchen experience is preferred, it is not required because the company offers a thorough and comprehensive training program to prepare new hires for success. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments and be physically capable of performing kitchen duties that require standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds on occasion, and walking throughout the workday.

As a key member of the kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation. Consistency in every dish served is crucial to providing guests with memorable dining experiences. You will also be tasked with setting up and stocking your station with all necessary supplies for your shift, ensuring smooth and efficient cooking processes. A commitment to upholding food safety and sanitation standards is vital, including proper food handling, storage, and disposal.

Inventory management is another important aspect of the role, requiring you to assist in rotating stock and notifying management of any items running low. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is essential to ensure all kitchen areas are sanitary and ready for use at all times. Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items to meet quality and presentation standards
