Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Execute dishes with consistency, precision, and attention to detail
- Maintain proper portioning and presentation standards
- Assist with daily prep production and station setup
- Properly label, date, and rotate products
- Monitor food quality and immediately communicate any concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked station throughout service
- Execute opening, service, and closing responsibilities
- Follow prep lists and production schedules
- Practice proper product utilization and waste control
- Maintain readiness for service at all times
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Maintain compliance with health department standards
- Properly handle and store food products
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and professional
- Communicate effectively with chefs and fellow team members
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Accept coaching and feedback professionally
