Job Requirements
- Verbal communication including speech and response to spoken questions
- Able to work continuously standing for five or more hours

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
- Experience in fine dining preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Demonstrated excellence in guest service skills
- Proficient cooking techniques across multiple kitchen stations
Job Duties
- Work in a variety of kitchen stations including grill, sauté, pizza oven, and garde manger
- Demonstrate strong knife skills with precision technique
- Follow and execute recipes accurately
- Maintain an organized and efficient workspace
- Communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining personnel, and guests
- Provide consistent and pleasant guest service
- Handle kitchen responsibilities as a self-starter
