Job Requirements
- verbal communication skills including speech and response to spoken questions
- ability to work standing for five or more hours continuously
- manual dexterity to work with hands continuously
- ability to frequently bend, stoop and lift objects up to 50 pounds

- minimum three years experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
- fine dining experience preferred
- clear communication skills with managers and team
- demonstrated excellence in guest service
- ability to work proficiently across multiple kitchen stations

- follow and execute recipes accurately
- maintain organized workstations
