We are currently seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our culinary team. This role is essential in bringing to life the delicious and high-quality dishes that fuel the overall guest experience. The Line Cook will be responsible for a variety of cooking procedures including sautéing, grilling, frying, baking, and roasting, utilizing a wide range of kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers. Knife skills are fundamental to this role, requiring the ability to perform basic to advanced cuts like slicing, chopping, mincing, julienning, and dicing to prepare and produce food items accurately and safely. The Line Cook will follow standardized recipes closely to maintain consistency, adhere to portion control guidelines to minimize waste, and ensure timely service by reading and executing orders promptly and accurately.
Attention to detail extends beyond food preparation to maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen. Duties include cleaning and organizing walk-in coolers, food production areas, and equipment; properly storing food and chemicals with appropriate labeling, dating, and temperature control; and effectively breaking down workstations at the end of shifts. Coordination with dishwashers and other team members is also a key aspect, as is following all company safety and security protocols and reporting any hazards or incidents to management immediately.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One or more years of culinary experience required
- Experience in high-volume kitchens preferred
- Knowledge of food service sanitation standards
- Ability to perform knife skills and use kitchen equipment safely
- Capability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Physical ability to stand, walk, frequently climb stairs, lift up to 25 lbs, and tolerate extreme heat
- Manual dexterity for food preparation
- Willingness to follow safety and security procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- More than one year of culinary experience required
- Experience in high-volume restaurant environments preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of food service sanitation standards
- Skilled in mise en place preparation
- Ability to work peak hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- Physical capability to stand, walk, lift, and perform manual tasks for extended periods
Job Duties
- Perform sauté, grill, fry, bake, and roast cooking procedures
