Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Willingness to comply with all safety and hygiene regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
  • Good knife skills and food preparation techniques
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare a variety of hot and cold food items such as salad mixes, sauces, side dishes, and appetizers
  • Wash, peel, slice, and mix vegetables, fruits, pasta, and other ingredients
  • Carve and slice meats and cheese
  • Measure and mix ingredients to make salad dressings, sauces, salads, and hot and cold food items following recipes
  • Maintain proper food safety and sanitation standards
  • Report to work on time and maintain uniform and personal hygiene standards
  • Follow all safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions or acts immediately
