We are currently seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. This position is integral to our kitchen operations and requires a detail-oriented individual who can prepare and execute menu items consistently and efficiently. The successful candidate will work closely with fellow cooks and kitchen staff, demonstrating strong teamwork and a positive attitude, while managing tasks proficiently under pressure. We require candidates who are flexible with their availability, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods up to 8-10 hours per shift
  • Frequent use of hands and arms for chopping, stirring, lifting, and plating
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs such as boxes, food supplies, equipment
  • Repetitive motions such as cutting, slicing, and reaching
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach overhead regularly
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-temperature environment with hot stoves, grills, and ovens
  • Ability to safely handle sharp tools and kitchen equipment
  • Tolerance for loud noise levels and crowded workspaces
  • Quick reflexes and coordination to move safely in a busy kitchen

Job Qualifications

  • Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
