At Chili's, the Kitchen Team Members, or as we refer to them, the Heart of House, play a fundamental role in shaping the dining experience. This position involves setting the pace for each shift by ensuring dependable and swift food preparation in adherence to Chili’s high standards of quality and consistency. Team Members in the kitchen are tasked with executing recipe procedures accurately, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and effectively communicating with fellow staff members. The role requires individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting and who take pride in contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. If you possess a friendly and caring demeanor, a strong team spirit, and a knack for quick thinking and multitasking under pressure, then this role is an excellent fit. Kitchen Team Members also gain valuable experience operating a variety of kitchen equipment, including slicers, mixers, grinders, and food processors. Prior experience in food preparation and service is preferred but not mandatory, as we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.
