Job Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older with 18 years or older to operate certain equipment
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to work in various temperature conditions including hot and cold environments

Job Qualifications

High-volume kitchen experience preferred
Valid state-issued food safety and handling certification
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures
Effective communication skills
Manual dexterity and coordination

Job Duties

Prepares high-quality food by accurately following recipes and procedures
Manages assigned kitchen station efficiently ensuring timely order fulfillment
Maintains kitchen cleanliness and safety by adhering to strict sanitation and safety standards
Supports team by collaborating with kitchen staff and assisting with dishwashing as needed
Complies with all food safety, handling, and hygiene guidelines
Reports equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and incidents promptly
