Job Requirements
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
- Able to legally work in the United States and provide appropriate documentation
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Physically able to lift/move items up to 50 pounds
- Commitment to maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Ability to comply with all health and safety regulations
- Willingness to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

- Experience in a kitchen environment preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Learns all noodle recipes, cook times, and cooking techniques per Din Tai Fung's procedures
- Checks the ingredient quality prior to beginning cooking
- Cooks the ingredients in accordance with Din Tai Fung's recipes
- Plates the final product in accordance with Din Tai Fung's plating guidelines
- Prepares and cuts garnishes for noodle line items
- Labels all items in accordance with Health Department regulations and Din Tai Fung procedures
- Attends monthly staff meetings and noodle meetings
