Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Learns all noodle recipes, cook times, and cooking techniques per Din Tai Fung's procedures
  • Checks the ingredient quality prior to beginning cooking
  • Cooks the ingredients in accordance with Din Tai Fung's recipes
  • Plates the final product in accordance with Din Tai Fung's plating guidelines
  • Prepares and cuts garnishes for noodle line items
  • Labels all items in accordance with Health Department regulations and Din Tai Fung procedures
  • Attends monthly staff meetings and noodle meetings
