Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar culinary role preferred
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, including grilling, sautéing, frying, and plating
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume service periods
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
