Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year culinary experience with hot line experience
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen tasks
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Complete daily prep responsibilities and set line for service
- prepare all hot food items according to standard recipes or guest specifications
- ensure consistency of product quality
- inspect food delivery and report damaged items to Sous Chef
- properly label, date, and store all food items
- maintain a safe and sanitary work area
- perform multitasking with high standards in food preparation
- follow standard recipes and presentations to meet food cost requirements
- maintain product consistency, seasoning, and plate presentation
- seek continuous productivity improvements
- handle and rotate food according to safety procedures
- utilize proper and safe knife skills
- collaborate with Sous Chef on food requisition orders
- respect and accommodate food server requests regarding guest preferences
- maintain communication with supervisors
- perform additional tasks as assigned by the Sous Chef and assist in other areas as needed
